Volunteers are an integral part of everything we do. Volunteering with Save Our Seine will allow you to use your skills or gain new ones while giving back to the community and protecting our environment.
We are actively seeking volunteers for the following roles.
Board Members: Board members work as a team to oversee the organization (through the establishment and implementation of bylaws and policy) and its financial well-being. Learn more.
Landcare Volunteers: Take part in group efforts to remove invasive plants and re-introduce native plants and wildflowers. Drop-ins welcome - see here for upcoming Landcare events.
Volunteer Coordinator: Follow-up with volunteer applicants and identify specific roles/tasks for them; address volunteer questions and concerns; maintain records of volunteer hours.
Water Monitoring Volunteers: Develop and execute a water monitoring program to measure and record water quality and/or water levels. Measurement equipment will be provided.
